Cho 50ml nước vào đun. Bật lử riu riu, không lớn quá. Cho bột cacao vào khuấy đều. Các bạn nhớ đừng để vón cục.
Cho đường vào, tiếp tục khuấy đều, để đường tan. Cacao rất khó tan nên phải chú ý xem hỗn hợp đã mịn chưa nhé.
Cho phần chocolate đã chuẩn bị vào. Khuấy đều cho đến khi phần chocolate hoàn toàn tan hẳn. Dùng chocolate loại nào là tùy vào sở thích của mỗi bạn nhé.
Đợi khi hỗn hợp đã trộn đều với nhau, tắt lửa, nhấc nồi xuống để nguội bớt. Sau đó rót từ từ ít sữa vào, khuấy đều. Rồi đổ hết phần sữa còn lại vào khuấy đều.
Vậy là hoàn thành thành một thức uống ngon tuyệt rồi. Có thể uống nóng hay lạnh tùy vào sở thích của cá nhân mỗi người nha.
